Modern White and Green Wedding at Mount Sequoyah

Photographer: Peach Tea Co.

After 22 years in the wedding industry, you see color trends come and go. They actually go in and out of fashion just like clothing trends! As a color lover, I enjoy seeing the changes and tailoring my style to the hues of the moment. However, one color continues to be popular and stand the test of time—WHITE.

Today’s blog focuses on one of my favorite white based events of all time. Morgan and Quintin got married at Mount Sequoyah Center in Fayetteville on a beautiful sunny day. Morgan wanted a fresh look that would also look timeless for years to come. I designed her bouquet with this in mind; using White O’Hara Garden roses (a wedding classic) and a mix of Italian Ruscus, Dollar Eucalyptus, and trailing foliage. The different shades of green mixed with the traditional white roses created that juxtaposition we wanted. The bridesmaids’ bouquets followed suit and paired beautifully with their natural colored dresses!

For the reception at the Arkansas Air Museum, we designed hydrangea based centerpieces with a touch of blush for a romantic detail. The cake was a stunner with cream roses accented each tier. Enjoy the gorgeous images captured by Peach Tea Co. of this White extravaganza below.
