Timeless Barely Blush Wedding at Sassafras Springs Vineyard

One of the most timeless and common color palettes I work with as a florist is something I like to call Barely Blush. It consists of whites, greens, and just a touch of light pink. Forever sweet and romantic and perfectly tailored to any venue and wedding style!

For Emily and Nick’s nuptials at the gorgeous Sassafras Springs Winery, we let Barely Blush be the absolute star of the show! For her bouquet, we used gorgeous white roses, ranunculus, and peonies; mixed with light pink spray roses and Garden Roses. What really makes this color palette sing is using different shades of green to add dimension! Italian Ruscus, dollar eucalyptus, and dusty miller brought Emily’s bouquet together. For the bridesmaid’s, we designed bouquets to mirror Emily’s, but with a touch more blush in the form of pink Dendrobium Orchids and ranunculus.

The ceremony arbor was a swathed in pink and white airy fabric and we designed a gorgeous accent piece filled with dusty pink carnations, white roses, and cream stock to match it.

For their reception, we weaved trailing Ruscus and eucalyptus in between tall glass votive holders and accented the look with Garden Rose blooms. We provided the flowers and the fabulous Shelby Lynn’s Cake Shoppe adorned the cake, creating a truly sweet piece inside and out.

The talented Loren Bullard photographed this gorgeous event! Take a look at the magical images below.
