Funky Purple Orchid Elopement at St. Catherine's at Bell Gable

Life is full of the unexpected and sometimes I get last minute requests for styled shoots or elopements. I may be given a general color palette or mood, but for the most part, I get to be fully creative and design from the heart. It’s a part of my business that I love!
Right before Jennifer and Keith’s elopement shoot, their wonderful photographer Corrie reached out and asked if I could design a bouquet and boutonniere. Corrie said the couple is funky, and creative; and the bride would be wearing lavender. I instantly said Yes Yes and Yes! I love couples with their own sense of style and vision! Working with what I had on hand, I designed an organic style bouquet with a delicate, wildflower feel. I used white mini carnations and purple Dendrobium Orchids mixed with Italian Ruscus, Dusty Miller, and Gunni Eucalyptus. For Keith’s Bout, was made up of a coordinating purple Orchid.
Paired with Jennifer’s stunning purple dress and Keith’s amazing blue foiled suit, the bouquet and boutonniere had a funky fabulous moment in the sun! St. Catherine’s at Bell Gable served as the perfect backdrop and Corrie Childers really outdid herself with these photos. Enjoy them below!
