Inspiration vs. Interpretation: Classic White Round Bouquet with Something Blue
Photos by: Jason Hudson Photography
I ask almost every client for inspiration photos during the creative process. It helps me understand exactly what they are envisioning for their wedding. When Shannon reached out and asked me to dessign for her and Brent’s intimate nuptials at Cooper Chapel, she actually brought me a picture of my own design! I was so flattered! She loved everything about it, but wanted to add a touch of something blue.
For Shannon’s bouquet, we used White Ashley Garden Roses, stock, ranunculus, and anemones. To add texture, we intertwined dollar eucalyptus and seeded eucalyptus with the fluffy blooms! Blue delphinium added the perfect touch of something blue to bring the whole bouquet together. It beautifully complemented her beaded gown. For Brent, we designed a coordinating boutonniere featuring 2 white spray rose buds and delphinium. Together, they were the perfect pair!
For the reception at the Element Hotel we designed 6 coordinating centerpieces filled with white hydrangeas, anemones, roses, and stock. Of course we rounded everyting out with a lovely touch of delphinium.
Jason Hudson photographed this day beautifully. Take a look at the inspiration vs. the day of photos below; how did we do?
