Festive Evergreen Holiday Party at Ledger Bentonville’s Game Room

On top of designing fabulous weddings, we thrive designing for special events at Rose of Sharon. No time is more festive than the holidays and florals are a key piece of creating the perfect festive ambiance. This holiday season, we worked with our favorite event planner, Meredith Events, to design for her client Crisp. Together “we transformed The Game Room at Ledger Bentonville into an elegant winter wonderland that perfectly captured their company culture” - Meredith Events.
For Crisp’s annual holiday party, we first decorated the entry sign with evergreen foliage and a beautiful gold, velvet bow. It welcomed the guests into the sophisticated, coziness of the space they were about to enter. Crisp wanted to reflect their company culture, combining elegance with hospitality.
The food table featuring culinary delights courtesy of Chef Justin Malonson of The Sous Chef was anchored with tall arrangements in gold vases filled with evergreen foliage, magnolia leaves, white roses, white stock, and pine cone accents. The finishing touch were dried orange slices which tied the gold ribbon accents in the space together with the arrangements.
The cocktail and coffee tables shined with gold compotes designed with white roses, evergreen foliage, and gold ribbons. Designed low to make sure anyone who sat down could see their fellow guests and converse, the ribbons made them feel like presents adorning each table.
Our favorite pieces adorned the grand dessert table. Evergreen garland draped the front with large gold ribbon bows at the top of each swag. Two gold stands framed the table with masterful arrangements of our festive foliage selections. They added height and drama to an already gorgeous spread of artisanal pies, donuts, and cookies.
