Intimate Private Home Wedding

Every couple (and I do mean EVERY COUPLE) deserves to have their wedding day be meaningful to THEM. Maybe that means a new outfit for each of you, a few special flowers to wear or hold and a beautiful setting captured by your favorite photographer. Or maybe saying your vows in private followed by an intimate dinner with your 10 nearest & dearest (with a stunning floral centerpiece, we hope!). Or maybe it's an all-day event where all your friends gather and celebrate with great food, good music and beautiful flowers on every table. What's important is making it meaningful to you—and there are no hard & fast rules for that.

I have the privilege of calling this handsome couple both clients and friends. I’ve known Brandon & Jerry for years and I was so honored when they asked me to be a part of their special day.

Brandon & Jerry have a beautifully landscaped backyard and this was the perfect setting for their intimate wedding. Since the setting was so gorgeous and their focus was on bringing the families together, we designed a minimum of flowers for them.

For the grooms' boutonnieres, I used orange gladiola, blue eryngium, yellow yarrow, wax flower, and foliage. I added an accent of curled blue deco wire to one of the boutonnieres to make it a little unique.

We also designed a large floral piece that served as the backdrop for their vows. Unfortunately, I didn't get a photo! ☹️

Check out all the images below for this sweet wedding. Can't you just see the love between them?
