Fall Peach Wedding at St. Catherine's at Bell Gable

One of my favorite ways to create a romantic ambiance at a wedding is to choose traditionally romantic colors, but modernize them. For their wedding at St. Catherine’s at Bell Gable, Sydney and Jeff did just that by choosing deep pinks, peaches, and maroons. This palette harkens back to classic red & pink, but elevates it to the next level.
For Sydney’s bouquet, we used bright pink standard roses, blush spray roses, peach ranunculus, and orange celosia to bring the brightness, then we contrasted those with deep red kangaroo paw and maroon scabiosa. The end result was a classic round shape with the most rich colors. It looked amazing next to her ethereal gown with fabulous sleeves. For Jeff, we designed one of our favorite types of boutonnieres, a floral pocket square! These make such a statement and we filled his with mini carnations, ranunculus, and hypericum berries. The oranges and pinks popped next to his blue suit.
For the ceremony, we designed 2 arrangements to fill St. Catherine’s lovely urns that flank their outdoor altar. Free Spirit roses, red carnations, and peach mums were accented by blush gladiolas and pink stock for height. The pieces framed the couple as they said their vows and kicked off this next chapter of their lives together!
For the reception at a private home, we decked out the backyard in floral finery! The outdoor fireplace featured a custom piece that we designed to look like it was almost growing out of the structure itself. The tables featured low, lush, and full arrangements featuring our peach, pink, and maroon flower combination.
