Lush White Rose and Green Foliage Wedding
Photos by: Courtney Garrett
When Bailey and Hayden came to me to design their Fall wedding at a private home, I was thrilled to bring the ROS magic to this intimate day. Especially considering we designed for Bailey’s Dad and Step-Mom’s wedding back in 2018! The couple showed me pictures of beautiful white flowers and LOTS of green foliage; one of my favorite wedding palettes.
For Bailey’s bouquet, we used lush white roses, ranunculus, and gypsophila; then we threaded through Italian Ruscus, dollar eucarlyptus, and seeded eucaltyptus. It was the perfect complement to her floral embroidered dress. The bridesmaid’s carried smaller, more greenery filled versions of the bridal bouquet. For the boutonniere’s, we used sweet white spray roses. The white and green looked amazing next to the mens’ navy suits and the ladies’ navy dresses. To round out the personal flowers, we designed 2 ranunculus corsages for the bride’s family members.
For the ceremony, we designed two whimsical accent pieces for the wooden arbor. White carnations, spray roses, standard roses, and gypsophila were arranged with dollar eucalyptus and Italian Ruscus. The flower girls wore custom gypsophila crowns and passed out long-stem white roses as they came down the aisle. A beautiful white arrangement took the family fire pit from backyard ready to wedding perfect as it displayed photos of family members gone, but never forgotten.
This backyard served as the most beautiful backdrop to Bailey and Hayden’s special day. A true testament to the fact that a small wedding does not mean small flowers! You can do so much with just a few key pieces.
Courtney Garrett captured this day perfectly. Enjoy her lovely images below!
