For Jessica’s bouquet we used White O’Hara Garden Roses, lavender roses, pink larkspur, buttercream lisianthus and light blue delphinium. To add that wildflower whimsy she was after, we added limonium, wax flower, and scabiosa.
Pastel Rainbow Wedding at Sassafras Springs Winery
A trend I’ve seen more lately is brides embracing color! Now, don’t get us wrong, we love a traditional all white wedding, but there’s something so cheerful and happy about colorful flowers. It felt garden party meets wedding and I was excited to bring the Rose of Sharon flare to it.

One of my favorite ways to create a romantic ambiance at a wedding is to choose traditionally romantic colors, but modernize them. For their wedding at St. Catherine’s at Bell Gable, Sydney and Jeff did just that by choosing deep pinks, peaches, and maroons. This palette harkens back to classic red & pink, but elevates it to the next level.
